Common Issues

Password Reset Email Not Sent - The password reset emails are sent the minute you request it. Please make sure to check your spam and promotions folders, these emails are sent the minute you click the button. The emails come from Booking (at) bubblypaws.com. If you have checked your junk/spam/promotions folders for the password reset email and it is not there, please register for a new account. It simply means we have not imported your account yet from the old system. Click here to create a new account and we will import all the previous information.

Can’t Store a Credit Card - Please make sure you are entering the exp. date as YYYY-MM (example, 2026-02).

Email address is in use - If you are trying to create a new account and it tells you the email address is in use, simply click the “forgot password” link, enter your email address and a link will be sent. Please make sure to check your spam and promotions folders, these emails are sent the minute you click the button.
